Drugs, War And The American Government

With the arrest of an 18-year old on suspicion of murdering a police officer for the Mexican drug cartel, the fact that the drug trade is financing the Taliban/al-Qaeda, the factitiousness of the phrase “war on drugs” and the amount of money being spent on the war on drugs, over the years, with no progress being made, I began to wonder just who is really profiting from the trade of drugs.

When I was young, many years ago, it seemed to be “common knowledge” that the United States government was funneling drugs into the black community as a means of control. I believed the hype because essentially black communities were showing the signs of addiction far more than white society.

Back in those days, black communities had no ships/boats, planes or any other means to transport the amount of drugs that seemed to flow like water in our communities. Logically speaking they had to have help in getting these drugs in and who better to help than those who had a vested interest in keeping blacks contained.

Over time, drugs began to seep into the white communities and as of today, most communities are plagued by drug consumption. Society gets the crime it perpetuates and in this case the American society is the victim of a scheme perpetrated by the United States Government, all those years ago, in an attempt to control and destroy the black community.

Now many who read these statements will take offense to what I am saying but I am speaking from what I have witnessed and lived since I have been in the world and any negativity you wish to sprout – save it because I am not the one who wants to hear it so if I offend you, it is simple, stop reading.

Now the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), back in the day, had many in the black community under surveillance, for whatever reason. People like the “Black Panther Party”, Martin Luther King, Malcom X, and any other black who was fed up with the way things were and had decided to speak out against racism were monitored by these organizations.

This same CIA, it has been alleged (see Wikipedia), has been accused of drug smuggling and profiting as far back as the Vietnam War (the same period of time as the “black movement”), which seems to support the theory that the CIA was, in part, responsible for the availability of drugs in black communities across America.

It has also been alleged that the CIA was aiding in the smuggling of opium out of Afghanistan in order to raise money for the Afghan resistance and into the Soviet Union in order to weaken the Soviet Union through drug addiction, the same thing it used drugs for in the black communities of America.

In a book written by historian Alfred W. McCoy, it is said that the CIA supported various Afghan drug lords. McCoy is quoted as saying “In sum, the CIA’s role in the Southeast Asian heroin trade involved indirect complicity rather than direct culpability.” While these accusations my include specific people who belonged to the CIA, it does not, in my mind, exempt the CIA.

In a report, The Kerry Committee report, to be exact, chaired by Senator John Kerry, it was found the United States Department of State had paid drug traffickers. It appears that for years now, the United States Government, has been involved in the trafficking of drugs from the same people we have been in constant conflict with, while preaching to it’s constituents “just say no to drugs” and having a constant dialogue on “drug wars” – how hypocritical is that.

Looking back it would seem the American government has a huge responsibility in the overall success of the Taliban/al-Qaeda terrorist that are threatening to overtake the world with their violence and death mentality which is supported through the drug trafficking that the Government in America has condoned behind closed doors yet spoke out against to the American public. Again I say society gets the crime it perpetuates and Americans are about to pay some serious penalties for what they have done in the world.

Logically speaking, instead of jumping on the hate bandwagon with the health care bill as the catalyst and the election of a black president, it seems more conducive to be holding the Government responsible for their actions in the weapons and drug trafficking that is threatening the very existence of the world order.

I am just making an observation, not attempting to incite any kind of action but it seems the American people have been played on a more serious level than a frigging health care reform bill and where were all of you when the CIA and the American government was perpetrating the serious crimes that have brought us to this point?

The more I research the more irrational Americans seem to me. We are demonstrating that we have believed the lies for so long that in our minds, the lies are the truth; that is what makes people act out in irrational behaviors and what is being demonstrated all across America today – I will pray for you guys because you need help!!

And that’s the way I see it!!!!

excellent post on a topic that needs more debate and more perspective. Nothing we have done has cut down on demand, and most law officials agree that it is a losing cause. Doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Bravo!
