I was shocked and amazed yesterday as I was watching Rick Sanchez and his guest speaker, Jeff Sharlet, author of a book currently on the best sellers list entitled, The Family.

The family is a group of Republicans who are supposedly chosen by “God” to rule. This organization was put together in 1935 with a mission involving securing and maintaining power. This discussion I watched yesterday, has explain, for me, the Republican’s need to control as well as their sexual immorality that has been running rampant, especially here lately.

The “C Street House” is a house where some members of Congress live while in D.C., but more than that it has been called a secretive cult for GOP Congressmen. The narcissistic attitudes of Republicans is coming to light in deeds and beliefs in an explanation described in this book called, The Family

According to the author of the book, The Family, these congressmen, are lead to believe that they have been chosen “by God” to rule; that they alone should acquire wealth and that they alone should maintain the “right” to distribute wealth in what can be called a “trickle down fundamentalist” way, if they so choose to.

Recently I had questioned the moral mentality of the Republican Party. Unbeknown to me, at the time I was questioning this moral mentality, this conversation had already taken place inside the C Street House, between the leader of the house and a guest Congressman who was living in the house, and that conversation is described by the author of The Family in these terms:

Leader: Suppose I heard that you had raped 3 little girls, what would I think of you?

Person leader was speaking to: You would think bad of me, that I was a terrible man.

Leader: No you are chosen, you are chosen by God for leadership so the normal rules do not apply.

While everybody is running around, unrealistically, calling Obama the anti-Christ, this C Street Cult, with Republican membership, is just the type of organization that would spawn an anti-Christ and with the attitudes being displayed by the Republican Party I would say that it will not be long before this anti-Christ materializes.

How arrogant these people have become. I understand, without even reading the book, why Republicans are demonizing everything Obama brings to the table; how in their misguided beliefs, they deserve to be in control and are having a hard time relinquishing this control to the current President of the United States. With this mentality, they probably feel they have failed God by losing “power.”

I don’t know about you but for me this is truly a scary concept and I can see the manifestations of this narcissistic mind set in the way the Republicans have been acting of late, the dissention and divisions they have attempted to create and the struggle to keep Obama from fulfilling his work for “the people” of the United States.

According to the belief system of these members of The Family, “we the people” are only worthy of benefits if they “The Chosen by God Himself” say we are entitled and it is obvious to me, through the actions of these Republicans, that they do not deem “we the people” as worthy.

And that’s the way I see it!!!!
